With a selection to suit your taste no matter what your wallet size, our team in the 505 kitchen are cooking up a storm. So drop by for dinner or nibble on some snacks as the night rolls along.

Just a quick reminder, 505 does not take bookings, doors open at 6pm Monday-Saturday so get here nice and early to snag a good couch or table.

505 is also available for private functions

Winter Menu 2015

Cheese- $18.50

choice of one cheese served with fresh apple, quince paste, dried fruit, chutney and crisp breads.

- selection: brie, vintage chedder, blue, gruyere, edam (additional cheese $7)

Soup of the Day- $18.50

Served with toasted Turkish bread.

a tasty selection of house made pickles, seasonal roast veg, prosciutto, chutneys, greens, bocconcini, olives and rye bread.

Mushroom, rosemary & bocconcini arancini-  $18.50

crisp arancini balls served with salad greens, beetroot & apple salad and garlic aioli.

Chicken Liver Pate-  $18.50

served with house made cucumber pickles and toasted rye bread.

Tuscan bread salad- $18.50

fresh vine ripened tomatoes, feta, rosemary, toasted turkish bread tossed together with olive oil and caramelised balsamic dressing.

Pulled pork plate- $18.50

slow roasted pork shoulder served with pickled cabbage, beetroot and apple salad, house made cucumber pickles, tomato jam, greens and turkish bread.

Vegie Burger- $22.50

- Oven roasted field mushroom topped with melted bocconcini cheese, macadamia and basil pesto, salad greens and pickled red cabbage on a toasted brioche bun served with a side of fries.

Eggplant Parma- $22.50

layers of roasted eggplant, basil, bocconcini roasted in a rich house made tomato sauce served with a side salad and toasted Turkish bread

Rump Steak- $22.50

-250 gram rump steak cooked to your liking with seasonal roast vegetables and herbed butter.

-creamy vanilla ice cream served sandwiched between a toasted brioche bun with lashings of homemade butterscotch sauce.

-strong plunger coffee poured over vanilla ice cream.

6 Nights a Week at Venue 505

Kicking off 2015 we are increasing the fun times with:

Monday nights are free entry with our Jazz Jam and Games Night. With live music and board games a plenty. It's boogie woogie with your backgammon.

Come party down for 'Old School' Tuesdays with a live funk and groove band, invited guests jamming and DJ selections of some rare grooves. And it's FREE entry!!!

Wednesdays is a great night for the very best in contemporary Jazz and World music from some seriously world class players. A feast for the senses and especially your ears.

Thursdays will feature some of the new and old faces of 'beat' music reaching into the vaults of Reggae, Afro-Beat, Funk, Jazz and more. Free entry to 505 members!

Fridays are a night to unwind for the week with a blend of some high class and fun acts that range from Swing, Gypsy, Worls, Soul, Funk and more.

Saturdays are our concert series and a perfect night to sit back and let your ears be trated to the most inspiring vocalists and instrumentalists Australia has to offer.

Love Roots, Groove, Funk and Jazz music? Tuesdays are all about it with free entry a lounge atmosphere, live funk trio and resident DJ. Check out the new cocktail menu in style and treat yourself to an early week hang. Some of Sydney’s finest muso’s will be dropping by to jam (or just prop up the bar) Cocktail hour from 6-730!
